Why would Tom Herman leave Houston for LSU? Serious question. To me it seems like it would be easier for him to win a national championship there than LSU. Pay would be compareable. And more fun atmosphere with less pressure.

Unless they move to a bigger conference, it may not happen. Not to mention, they can't even fill a 40K stadium...

Let's say they have 5 undefeated teams and Houston is one they get left out. In the SECW you win with one loss you may go over them also. That's why.

This isn't how a true competitor thinks. There is a reason coaches come to the big conferences. The best want to beat the best and play against the best.
