Well, if true, that's quite something. Getting that clause removed would certainly suggest a high level of interest.

You mean this contract? The one Jimbo signed on Dec 31, 2013?
Jimbo's 2014 Contract

All it said was that he was on the hook for (up to)$5.4 mil if he left the program before Jan 5th, 2019.

Or are you referring to THIS contract? The one he signed in 2015?
Jimbo's 2015 Contract

It comparatively reduces the amount of his financial liability to $5 mil if he leaves between now and Dec 31, or $3 mil after Jan 1, or $1mil after Jan 1, 2019. Someone made a reference to this above somewhere.

Reading contracts makes me sleepy - ya'll be good.
