First... it was Ole Miss then
Second... he has had some experience at USC
Third... Orgeron made it known before coming to LSU he wants to be a head coach again.
Fourth... Alleva and Orgeron have gotten pretty tight.
Fifth... LSU firing Miles after 4 games doesn't make a lot of sense. Every school that has a coach LSU may target has 3+ months to get a new contract or a contract extension in place
When Vegas odds come out on possible head coaches for LSU you can bet money Orgeron is going to be pretty high up on the list. You may not like it but the possibility is NOT remote.
