Maybe for State this is good, but we expect better if we are making a change. Sorry.

Honestly I agree with you, and believe Mullen would be a good hire. He knows how to recruit in the SEC, and has won with less than optimal talent. He is only 44, knows the landscape of the SEC West, and is an OFF minded coach (former OC of UF under U Meyer). Would not be unhappy at all if he was named HC. Just sayin.

Mullen + Aranda with LSU talent would be some damn good football. Mullen knows how to move the football forward with any style qb.


Not first choice obviously but it's not as bad as might be the kneejerk. Just not sure he's ready for the big stage yet.
