I have always like my toilet seat idea. Make a toilet seat that is like a trash can lid. Step on the pedal seat goes up and you piss, take foot off pedal seat goes back down. Bingo! Everyone is happy!

You have to make the pedal ergonomic though, ie in the right place so you can still take a wide stance with your piss boner in the middle of the night.
