Once the lawsuits really get going it will snowball and you really need to read some of the past history, suggest you start here I was raped at Baylor and look at the Title IX report from the Feds where the person in charges said Baylor was reporting ZERO rapes which was an automatic red flag as no school had such a spotless claim.

Which is of course on the head football coach.
Clearly Briles fricked up bad but Baylor used him as the scapegoat for something wrong with their entire institution because a football player was involved.
