You can see the ankle holster in the first vid. Based on what the cops are saying he then backed away from his vehicle while holding the gun in his left hand. Then he was shot by a black cop.

How do you figure? He was painted by the family as a family man who didn't have a weapon or carry a weapon. What is that ankle holster doing on him them? And it sure looks empty. You think he just wore it for fashion?
I believe the police now when I doubted them before. The narrative that doesn't add up is the family's. If you're wearing a holster and have a gun and not obeying police orders, you're going to get shot no matter who you are...
Sure I wish you could see both hands clearly to prove it, but the empty holster on his ankle is pretty damning evidence. Here's a good life lesson - don't do drugs and play with guns in public and then ignore police warnings.

it is very inconclusive. I wish I could see the gun they claimed he had.....however the video the wife took helps the police claims that he either had a gun or was about to do something.

I'd like to know the locations of the officers. Was he walking towards another cop? Where was the cop that shot him?

I have zero doubt that he had a gun on him and hadn't read a book since he was in high school. With that being said, that video shows nothing. They are going to need to release more than that.

it looks to me as though he was walking backwards, so that means either the cop shot him in his chest as he was walking away with his hands down or he was shot in the back by a cop that was behind him
