Les is going to pull a master troll of this fanbase by winning the SEC this year and then leaving for Texas A&M, where he'll dominate us until he retires
A master troll would be LM winning the SEC and staying at LSU so he can continue to torment the Rant.

this is a year old - I couldn't find a 2016 up-date
Les is coaching for his job - he knows it
The band wagon has rolled and you guys have given up on the team and that is your call. I have a flooded house I am in the middle of repair on with hopes for getting back to normal soon. I have not given up on this team or CLM. Just waiting on a sheet rock installer and the Lsu vs Auburn game.
Geaux Tigers
Winning % against top 25 teams when the game is played
Nick Saban (Alabama, LSU, Michigan State, Toledo): 56-36; .641
Les Miles (Oklahoma State, LSU): 41-24; .630
Steve Spurrier (Duke, Florida, South Carolina): 65-49-1; .565
Mark Richt (Georgia): 38-35; .520
Kevin Sumlin (Houston, Texas A&M): 11-10; .523
Gus Malzahn (Arkansas State, Auburn): 8-8; .500
Bret Bielema (Wisconsin, Arkansas): 12-26; .315
Hugh Freeze (Ole Miss): 5-11; .312
Gary Pinkel (Toledo, Mizzou): 18-40; .310
Will Muschamp (Florida, now Auburn asst.): 5-13; Jim McElwain (Colorado State): 0-2
Dan Mullen (Mississippi State): 4-25; .137
Butch Jones (Central Michigan, Cincinnati, Tennessee): 1-16; .058
Derek Mason (Vanderbilt): 0-4
Mark Stoops (Kentucky): 0-8

A poem captures the moment when Mary Stuart, Queen of Scots, is defeated, captured, and awaiting execution by the English. The poet imagines her thus,
"My lords! my lords!" the captive said, " Were I but once more free,
With ten good knights on yonder shore to aid my cause and me"
We've all had these moments in our lives when we reflect on our failures and think, "If only I had one more chance", a chance at the ball I dropped in high school, a chance to save my marriage, a chance to avert some disaster. Well, Les Miles has that chance. He still stands "on yonder shore". And until the axe falls, as it did on the Stuart queen, I'll be rooting for Les to pull off the improbable and thumb his nose at his critics.
But Les would never do that last part - he's too much of a gentleman. Just so you know.

OR, Les could get his arse handed to him today , and be fired Monday

If Les could truly be hands off of the offense, I'd gladly keep him. BUT, he won't. He can't. It's who he is fundamentally.
It's sad but inevitable.

Agreed, I'm a Miles fan as much as I am an LSU fan. If he were to go part of my fan hood would as well. Coach Miles is Lsu football and Lsu football is coach Miles. So in wanting him gone you aren't really a true fan of Lsu football. Geaux tigers and geaux coach Miles!
You need to get off the weed their pothead. post less as well!

Get off of the rant Les!

Curly Hallman gave fans a great memory--Bama 93. Maybe we should have held into him so as not to "throw away" the memory.
Look, if you think Les is really the best man for the job then fine. But don't let your sentimental feels and "but remember all the good times?" attitude be the reason. That's how abusive relationships go on for years.

but if Les will allow Cam to select and bring QB play
Stop right there- I think Miles is already frustrated that Cameron has had some success with opening up QB play. Seriously, I think Miles is pissed that he is being pressured to throw the ball more and that his anointed QB, Brandon Harris, failed. I think the weak OL play really exposed Harris, and nothing Miles can do to change the situation- he faced a mutiny if he didn't put in Etling or even McMillian.
