More American Graffiti is a 1979 American comedy-drama film written and directed by Bill L. Norton. It is the sequel to the 1973 film American Graffiti. Whereas the first film followed a group of friends during the summer evening before they set off for college, this film shows where the characters from the first film end up a few years later.

The film also featured a 33-track soundtrack entitled More American Graffiti, featuring music from the movie along with voice-over tracks of Wolfman Jack. The soundtrack, originally released in 1979 as MCA 2-11006, is long out of print, and has never been released on CD.

In my opinion it is The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.
Some of my other favorites are The Graduate, Last of the Mohicans, Spinal Tap, and Forrest Gump.

Really like Into the Wild.
Last of the Mohicans for score.
Last of the Mohicans for score.

For films that are heavily scored with popular music selections, American Graffiti is tough to beat. The Big Chill and Forrest Gump are good as well. Heavy Metal and Vision Quest are underrated in this area. Almost Famous, Dazed and Confused and Detroit Rock City come to mind here.
For scores without popular music, either relying on classical or music composed primarily for the film, obviously Star Wars and Jaws leap out. Blade Runner's score is outstanding, too (Vangelis), as is the score for Casablanca and Last of the Mohicans.
