Yes, many people will die because of this ban. People depend on kratom to not use opiates. There will be no illegal kratom market because it is not grown in the states. This will lead addicts back to prescription meds and H.

Kratom Is a harmless plant used for thousands of years, and is similar to coffee. Where coffee makes you energized and slightly euphoric , Kratom makes you euphoric and slightly energized. It cannot be overdosed on, and it is hard to abuse. It has a ceiling effect where you can only take so much and maximum effects are achieved. Taking more will not increase the effects.

At worst a user who forms a habit will like coffee drink it every day and go about their regular schedule.

Just like the DEA cracking down on opioid pain meds, this will put more people back on the needle.

This is a miraculous herb. It can be used for anxiety, headache, cramps, pain, depression, opiate addiction, motivation, and sleep. This stuff is dirt cheap, and it's hard to not imagine big pharmas worry about it cutting into their profits. But this is not about conspiracy, it's about freedom and letting people choose what they want

Everyone should sign this White House petition. The DEA is jumping the gun on this, as they are undoubtedly uneducated, or have ulterior motives, and once it's made illegal who knows if it will ever reverse.

These people are your neighbors, and teachers etc. and come September 30 they will be ciminals

Use the forum search function, there was a 5 or 6 page long discussion on here about this a few weeks ago. Has a lot of good info in there, as well as a lot of informed opinions.

Oh,and uninformed opinions from jackasses.

Kratom activates opioid receptors so it's not as harmless as a cup of coffee, but it doesn't have the same power of respiratory depression as our opioid pain meds and overdose seems to be less of a concern. It's supposedly pretty helpful in staving off the effects of opioid withdrawal. This is the biggest tragedy of this move, imo, is that these people will go back to other sources of opioids and some will die from this.

Never have, but have heard of a cpl folks using it.

I think it's effectiveness is overblown except for people with a small tolerance.

Will do. Thanks.

I believe when the gas stations started to sell Vicozen, which became Vivazen, it was the beginning of the end.

YEah it's bullshite

anyone with a real habit, this Krantom shite isn't doing a god damn thing for them.

Maybe someone that takes a couple hydrocodone 7.5s and has a little dip in energy when they run out, yeah it may help or at the least give them a placebo effect.

I've read that people with a bad pill habit can stop immediately with little to no side effects.

I can tell you that this is unequivocally false.
