I-10 to be widened from from Highland to 73

Officials said a design-build method streamlines the process, because the same contractor both designs and constructs the expanded roadway.
The stretch of interstate that will be widened is about 7 miles long. It would be widened from four to six lanes.

Do you seriously feel this way? I commuted from NOLA to BR 4 times a week for two years and think that would be extremely overkill and a waste of a lot of money.
