due to the river cutting off a whole side of campus, there will always be pretty bad traffic there after games.
major road work would seem to be stupid for only 6 or 7 nights per year...

What is this?
I'm imagining Borne dismissing a few sections at the start of halftime, a few more at the start of the 3rd Q and so on until no one is left at 00:00.
