Because of Miles. How easy it must be to face a coach that believes in the same philosophy that scored 0 points in the title game and a coach that never makes adjustments? Every poster here knows what play we're going to run, obviously he does too. Here we are almost 5 years later! How has Miles not seen the light? I think he comes across as an idiot because he really is one!

I'm done with him. If this wasn't the year for a change after his "almost firing" last year, it's not going to happen under him again because it's not the same game it was even 5 years ago.

This is true, but only because Saban is smart enough not to consider any game they play as a rent-a-win.

every sec staff knows the game plan will be the same from year to year. It really has to be the easiest week of preparation all the western div teams and fla have. Only concern for staffs is the talent difference.

True but he also knows they escaped 12' and 14' by the skin of their teeth.

I just don't like seeing all these people here thinking we're somehow going to run the table and fix things. Believe me, this is a Mack Brown situation we're seeing unfold right now, and it will get worse

I suspect the LSU game is very difficult for Saban in a lot of ways. He genuinely loves LSU and Miles is his friend. If I was in his shoes it wouldn't be too much fun dominating in such a humiliating way every year. He's watching a slow death of an old friend.

Add 2008 which went to OT and the fact we beat them in 2010 at home...they squeak out the win when we play them at home with some of our most putrid offensive teams.

This presupposes Saban has the capacity to feel feelings. Not buying it.

You, sir are a new kind of stupid! Turn in all of your LSU affiliated clothing, tickets, and other trinkets. Being this dumb causes you to be disavowed.

Thank you...that is all.

I'd like to give more credit to great game planning by their staff to go along with as good or better players. Also, their guys get just as high for the LSU game as ours do. They expect to win because that's all they know. Until we prove otherwise them beating us will never be an upset I don't care what the rankings are when that game is played year in and year out.
