What do you want him to do? Apologize?
Actually, yes. A coach who would honestly look at that fiasco that was the Wisconsin game and say, "It's my fault - I didn't have our team or our coaches prepared, and my game plan stunk - I deeply regret that, because we have a great team of players," is a coach who knows where the buck stops. So yes, an apology would be in order - to the team, his staff and the LSU fans he let down.

I'm pretty sure he said they weren't well enough prepared, or something to that effect.

Find a coach that has come out and said everything you want Miles to say. It rarely, if ever, happens.

I'm pretty sure Jesus would dominate Nick Saban in coaching if he really wanted to.

At this moment, it's flat out stupid to criticize Miles for the way he answers a question heading into halftime, or during a call in show.

First, he's never going to directly answer these questions the way you want. He never has, and he won't moving forward. To ignore that is dumb. Second, what he says bears no relation to what he really thinks inside the locker room. It's just dumb to make the argument that he thought the passing game was good enough in the first half. Finally, it's do or die time for Miles. He's going to be held accountable with his job. Your passive aggressive approach has no effect at all. It's not time to send a message.

Something like "If Chi hadn't dropped 2 passes we'd have been 5/8, which is pretty efficient."

And the pumpers claim that Miles takes responsibility and doesn't sluff it off on his players.

Hey coach, LSU could be a national champion this year if LSU knew how to complete passes.

No, but Miles' answer is.

Depends on one's definition of a football. Just like with Miles, depends on one's definition of efficiency.

So Miles is talking about the five passes that only Shaq could catch?

After rewatching several times, Harris wasn't really that bad on his throws. Dupre, the supposed elite 1st round draft pick, stunk. I mean fricking sucked.

I just don't know what play calls y'all want to run when the ones called only didn't work because the wr dropped it.

He usually does, and guys like you get mad for him not giving a straight answer.

Now when he basically said his wr sucked, you are all up in arms.

He gave you the straight answer.

There was only one that was un catchable, bout 4-5 that Dupre should have caught.

To be fair Harris seemingly can't throw a stop route to save his life

I understand chi should catch some of those but it's not like they were just kinda high. He let them sail, badly.

He has said that numerous times, over 11 seasons, which is why they tried to fire him.

But this time he's not taking the blame, I wouldn't either.
