I recall Jacksonville State nearly upset Florida State a few years back, and last season, nearly defeated Auburn. LSU's troubles notwithstanding, I think JSU will give LSU some problems that hopefully LSU will be able to overcome.

LSU may win it all from here or lose 4 more.

JSU isn't some cakewalk team, and with fournette less than 100%, wouldn't surprise me if this game is relatively close. JSU has several former D-1 players

Their QB is legit. Aranda will be tested on his ability to defend the spread quickly. JSU will try to isolate LSU LB's in coverage in the middle of the field.

JSU is good enough to end the LSU coaching tenure of Les Miles.

They can very easily win this game. Stack the box and stop LF7, and don't make mistakes on offense, and they could beat LSU. If they keep it close and we have to depend on the Special Teams to score points, LSU will be in a bad spot. Our only shining light is the defense. They seem to be on the right track, and were the only players on the field that looked somewhat inspired to be playing football against Wisconsin.

Their QB looks pretty good.

Somebody posted in another thread that they don't have much depth this year. But they will put up a damn good fight. I think LSU grinds them down late, but it should be a bit of a dog fight.

This game will be Towson-esque.

Super ugly for 3 quarters until we pull away.

I think LSU rolls in this one. If somehow Jax State upsets LSU, Miles is gone on Monday AM. Book it.
