To not have a problem with Les Miles means to me that you've never played competitive sports, are not competitive, and are satisfied with mediocrity in life.

Well said Jim Rockford.
To the OP:
I have been a supporter of Miles and still like him as a person. However, he is in decline and this year will undoubtedly show that. If he cannot or will not adapt to a more modern offensive philosophy, LSU will suffer as long as he is HC and after he has gone. It will hurt recruiting which will set us back even more.
As tough as 2015 was, many of us felt like 2016 was LSU's year. Many in the media felt that way as well but the Wisky loss looked terrible. When we see freshman and sophomore QBs all across college football lighting it up without our talent level then it is hard to deny the obvious; we still don't have a QB that can put this team on his shoulders and win a game.
While I blame Miles for the overall performance, a good portion of the QB blame has to fall on Cameron. He has had Brandon Harris for two full years with apparently no appreciable improvement. With decent QB play, LSU is a playoff contender this year. However, it looks like we are getting ready for some major losses.
As has been said so many times already, it wasn't that we lost to Wisky but how we lost. This has all the makings to be LSU's worst season ever under Miles. This is unacceptable after last year's November debacle.
Lots of football left to play and not one of us really knows what will happen. Hoping for the best but preparing for hard times ahead.

It's been fun, but I'm about to board my next plane. These free to use iPads at the Minneapolis Airport are a nice feature.

I know, doesn't it though? Tough when it hits home isn't it? Picked on much growing up?

That all maybe true but he's sucking the fun out of the program. Call fans spoiled or whatever but we are the customer

he is in decline
To say that LSU is in a decline is mathematically incorrect.

To the OP (ballscaster),
When you are through casting your balls, I have some sunshine I would like you to pump for me.
Thanks in advance.
That is, if you have time, as I know you are shopping for just the right shade of purple and gold glitter glue for your next "I Support Les" poster to proudly display at the next home game. And maybe, if your dream comes true, you will be on TV proudly waiving your sing for all to see.
At my house, we bleed Purple and Gold, we don't buy purple and gold glitter glue or drink purple kool-aid.
Time to throw out the stale crusty bread and get a new loaf.

Mathematically, last year we didn't start 0-1.
I get your point, but the truth is LSU has not been a factor in determining the CFB Championship since 2011 and in what was hyped as "our year", it appears we won't be this year either.
Every analyst, pundit, etc agrees that LSU is a QB away from being at the top. We don't have that QB now and I don't know when we will. I did cut Miles some slack when he released Perriloux as that caught us off guard and we started Hatch, threw in Jarrett Lee and finally Jordan Jefferson. But it has been 8 years and we still struggle with an effective QB.
Forgetting the trite clichés about Miles and Cameron being stupid, I cannot explain this lack of QB production. I agree that Miles and Cameron know more about football than 98% of us Ratner but you don't have to be a highly paid coach or analyst to see our QB is still struggling after this long. We had every advantage at WR Saturday but struggled to consistently complete passes.
Hope we can turn things around but lacking optimism and faith right now.

Because of people like you, we have gotten under performance from our Head Coach. He should have been gone long ago.
As for the thinking, You cant get rid of a coach because you might end up with another one not as good.
That is dumb, people who think like that should not get out of bed, you might get struck by lightning.
You maybe educated, you may make millions, but you do not know shite about football.
