Can't plant all of it bc water is too high. Will it last until it's time for planting next season?

We had 2 50lb bags left over from the previous year, the guy at the COOP said as long as it was stored in a dry spot it would be fine. It was planted last season and came up without any issue.

How thick did you seed it where you could put it out? And how much do you have left?
