From what I've seen on social media, its the adults who overshare, mostly millennial and GenX but but that's probably because a lot of us boomers are still a little tech shy.

Not sure about kids but I know tech is limiting adult interactions for sure. Was in a bar at ATL the other day and every single person was staring at their phones. I remember when people spoke to each other. I tried to make a comment about the Olympics on the TV to the guy next to me and he just looked up from his phone annoyed.
