<==== In with two more
What are your plans before going to the game?
This is my first time to Chicago where I have time to kill, any suggestions for breakfast/lunch and then drinks around Wrigley?

Deep dish pizza from Art of Pizza, at the corner of Ashland and Barry (not far from Wrigley, they also deliver).
Brunch at one of Southport Corridor Brewery, Southport Grocery, or Crosby's Kitchen.
Portillo's for hot dogs or italian beef, though there isn't one on the north side that I'm aware of.
After brunch, make your way down Clark St and see how many bars you can hit heading south from Waveland toward Newport before you fall over. Personal favorites of mine are Bernie's, Vines, Old Crow (though the BBQ is avg but the scene is great), Country Club, Houndstooth. If you're in the bleachers, grab one at Murphy's Bleachers.
To whet your appetite for Art. Best in the city.

Flipping the script and going Sunday.
You will love it. The whole Wrigleyville experience is great as is Chicago. If you are staying downtown I like West Egg for Breakfast.
Catch the Red line to Wrigley and you have a choice of about 50 bars in the immediate vicinity of Wrigley to choose from.
I like Murphy's Bleachers right behind centerfield outside Wrigley and Irish Oak and the Old Crowe on Clark to name a few.
Sluggers on Clark has some batting cages upstairs if you like to do a little drunk hitting.

<----will be out in the bleachers rolling 6 deep.
The Cubby Bear is across the street and is pretty cool.
We need to do something to make our presence felt at Wrigley. It'd be cool to get a Geaux Tigers chant rolling.

It's fine, but if it's a nice day, that's a dark bar. For day games, I'd suggest someplace with an outdoor area (of which there are many).

It seems like we will have a huge presence of Tigers at the game. We are sitting in the Budweiser bleachers.
Let's keep this thread going all week and maybe we can decide on a meet up place before the game to drink and all go in the game together.
