Nelson or Watkins?

In a 12 team PPR. Have to keep one player, does not effect draft order or picks. I also get #1 pick. Thinking of keeping Jordy Nelson or Sammy Watkins, but having trouble deciding. I also have Mark Ingram and Drew Brees on my roster from last season. Any thoughts?

I'd keep Jordy personally. Better QB/offense. Plus Sammy has health concerns and even when he was healthy he was streaky.

Watkins has the upside to be a top 5 WR. Nelson is probably the safer pick of the two.

Watkins was damn good last year when he wasnt hurt.

Is anyone the least bit concerned about Nelson's health? He's been talked about in a lot of fantasy circles like he's not coming off the injury.

Very good point about Nelson not being seen in preseason yet. Does anyone have any thoughts on the possibility of keeping Ingram instead of either of those WRs?
