Pick 1...went safe with AB at 1

I handcuffed both Charles and Murray (at least for now) and I'll need to find a QB by week 4 to cover Rodger's bye week but I like it for the most part

I likely reached for Fleener but I like him alot this year. If he can produce somewhere between what Watson and Graham did, I'll be pleased.

I don't remember the last time I took a QB that high but I just couldn't help myself when I saw Rodgers slide that far.

ETA - yes, someone really took a kicker in the 8th round, then a defense in the 10th

I think you'll probably need help at RB. All are in timeshares. I think Bernard, Johnson, and Sims would be much better picks if it were a PPR league. I'd look to swing a trade. Maybe trade Gronk for an RB1 or one of your WRs for another solid RB.

Man I jumped off my seat immediately and slammed his name on the draft board. I was assuming I would have Julio or ODB drop and I was ok with that. Thanks for the reply.

I've tried to get my team rated twice in here but everyone keeps posting their team without critiquing other people's teams

That's not how this is supposed to work

Your rb's are pretty worrisome in a 10 person league, but I do think that hill has value for where he has been drafted. I like him to bounce back and was trying to target him myself. I think you should be competitive. If you are able to find another rb as injuries start happening on waiver it could put you over the top.

Pretty good, playoff worthy to start, could have a big year if Elliott and Bell both perform well. Chris Johnson on the roster is a little odd, unless the league stores RBs. I'm not a fan of having two receivers from the same team, however, even if most weeks you don't start both.

12 team standard

Qb: Andrew Luck
Rb: E. Elliott
Rb: L. Miller
Wr: D. Thomas
Wr: D. Parker
Te: T. Kelce
Flex: Ryan Mathews
K: D. Bailey
Def: Houston

Bn: D. Woodhead
Bn: T. Riddick
Bn: Corey Coleman
Bn: Michael Thomas
Bn: B. Perriman
Bn: A. Morris

Messed up pretty bad at wr. I was planning on targeting some high upside guys late, but I cut it too close and almost all of them ended up going to round right before I was planning on picking them. Targeted Kevin white, Diggs, Josh Gordon, and they all went the round I was planning on taking them right before me. I usually end up looking too much at ADP late instead of going to get the guys I want. Going to have to be vigilant in finding a breakout wr to start at wr2 for myself.

honestly your WR1 isn't a safe bet too... Demaryius might have a rough year with the broncos offense

You're spot on. But Parker is an enigma and could have a decent WR2 year. Tough to predict. I think the two biggest issues are Mathews (whom I can't trust ever) and the bench. I'd be active in early waiver wire action as Coleman, Thomas, Riddick all find their place. That's a lot of wild cards. Luck will have a better year than last year.

I feel pretty good about him actually. Last year had huge expectations that busted out. But if you take where he was drafted out of the picture he still had a pretty good year, despite having poor qb play. 1300 yards and 6 tds. If that's his floor even with bad qb play then I think he's value in the 3rd. Definitely startable, even if not top 5 at position. And startable is all I need at wr with strength at other positions.

10-Team 0.5 PPR, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 W/R/T

QBs - Eli, Bortles
RBs - D. Johnson, Jamaal Charles, Jeremy Hill, Duke Johnson Jr., Isiah Crowell
WRs - Jordy Nelson, Decker, Jordan Matthews, Donte Moncrief, Marvin Jones
TE - Jimmy Graham
K - B Walsh
DEF - Kansas City

I'm not a fan of Eli, but it was the 9th. (Bortles in the 11th). I'm debating on dropping Crowell for Ware or West. I don't want both, but am not 100% sold on Duke yet.. And I really like my receivers, I feel one of Moncrief, Matthews and Jones breaks out. That lets me trade that particular player or Decker. I'll upgrade TE over time, I'd rather wait on Ebron or McDonald, both on waivers. If Hill bounces back and David Johnson comes close to expectations, I should be in the playoffs. I think. But Yahoo thinks I go 7-7. Meh.

I like DT88 this year. He's going to get a lot of looks.

10 team league - Drafted 9th

Starter
QB - Newton
RB - Peterson
RB - Freeman
WR - Landry
WR - Benjamin
Flex - Duke Johnson
TE - Gronk

Bench
QB - Brady
RB - Foster
WR - Lockett
WR - Josh Gordon
WR - Kevin White
TE - Cameron Jordan

I realize my starting WRs are weak, but hopefully after week 4 when Brady comes back I can trade either Cam or Brady for an elite WR.

OR...Brady can sit his arse on the bench all season!!!
