Nothing but a fluf contract. Basically a 1 yr deal that gives the Bills the option to cut him after this yr. He better blow up this year if he wants to see 1/4 of that contract

I heard yesterday that Taylor's contract is basically 9 mill this year with a ton of outs for the Bills.
