My upgrade was directly below my previous section so it wasn't a big deal. We walked in at 8:30 because I didn't care about the Cult and wanted to be in my seat with beers by 9:15 for GNR. Well they told us to find the longest line in the world to get our new tickets. I refused to wait in the line and walked all the way to the front, got my tickets and went to the beer line. It looked like some people waited well past 9:30 to get their new seats. Shitty job of sales. Overpriced the arena and it was way too big for demand.
