I'm not sure how many of you have seen them, but Ole Miss produces a 30 minutes weekly video each week of the football season called "The Season," and the episodes are available on YouTube. They're extremely well done, much better than anything LSU does.

Ole Miss clearly uses them for recruiting. What kid wouldn't want to be on a weekly YouTube show? The question is, why doesn't LSU do the same? Those crappy hype videos every few months don't compare. LSU needs to step it up.

Why is your thread title so terrible? Nobody knows what you are babbling about until they click on the thread.

You suck.

thread title: Death Valley

Clemson is making all these improvements and calling their stadium death valley. Shouldn't LSU improve their stadium. It is clearly a recruiting tool

The name of the series is "The Season." If someone has a thread called "House of Cards," do we need to hold your hand?

I'm not going to say there's a correlation between "The Season" and recruiting success, because I honestly don't know, but Wisconsin did something similar, called "The Camp" when Gary Andersen was coach in 2013 and 2014.

Each episode only lasted between 5-7 minutes, instead of 30 minutes, but caught plenty of attention from the Wisconsin fan base. Each episode has 10,000+ views.

The Camp 2014: Episode 1

^ Actually, I forgot how cool the intro to this video actually is.

Honestly how many people have watched it outside of Ole Miss fans? If LSU is being out recruited because of a YouTube series then we have a bigger problem.

Answer:Teams that have won national championships are prohibited from producing YouTube Vidoes. Look for Ole Piss to keep making them for years to come.

I've watched it ever since Hugh Freeze has been at OM. The production level is pretty damn good and a number of teams are doing this now (Texas A&M,Mississippi St,Notre Dame & Florida State).
