I agree with using Slickguns, I got mine for about $100 less.

Checked slickguns and the cheapest m&p sport II is $629 from impact guns.
On a side note field and stream is also selling the Ruger LCP .380 for $200. Seems like a pretty good deal for a new .380 Never shot one so have no idea what they are like although do have a bersa thunder .380 that's not too bad.

The Ruger AR556 has a 1:8 twist barrel instead of a 1:9. Besides that, the Ruger and smith are essentially the same.
