Scratch that. My backpack is my personal item and I have a duffel that everything including the small ice chest will go in. I'm mostly concerned with having a 6 pack to drink before gameday starts and then after that I'll be heading to my cousins tailgate.

that's about right, I'm pretty sure that people from Green Bay invented tailgating and are extremely friendly, they are the real deal of what everyone says about our tailgaters, you just about can't walk by them without them extending an offer to join them

Bars are open until 2am weekdays 230 am weekends. Grocery and convenience stores can sell alcohol, but retail sale of liquor and wine end at 9pm and beer at midnight. That's a state law, so local municipalities can further restrict sales. They can sell starting at 6am.
