Shell Beach / Hopedale Report

Planning on heading out to shell beach or hopedale this saturday and wondering if anyone has any good advice. My only stipulation is I don't have much range so if I go out into eloi I have to be efficient on picking my spots.

Fished Treasure Bay las Friday.
Followed the birds and threw vudu shrimp plastics.
Caught a shite ton of specks. Unfortunately, most were under.

curious as to what kinda boat you have? i was considering a skiff for sight fishing reds but i'm getting intimidated by all of that water and wind with a smaller boat.
