Anyone willing to share any feedback on their experience with this shop. Located on Magazine they seem to be well respected in the NOLA community.

Looking to get a few shirts and possible a suit made. Willing to take any other suggestions for a custom shirt maker within 2hrs of Thibodaux. Although top notch, Martinez in BR would more than likely be out of my price range. Luca F. essential line is prices right around $125per which is around what I would be willing to spend.

TIA.

Custom shirts? You must be an OT baller. My poor arse shops at nordstroms rack and I get them $100 shirts 3 for $99.

Well unlike most OTers I don't hunt, fish or party lock a rock star. I spend $$ on multi sport and small production, higher quality clothing / shoes.

Shirts cost way less than a fancy rifle / optics or even more so a boat.

Seriously I hunt and fish and spend thousands on guns, I also spent $650 today on a custom knife! With that being said I'll spend $400 on a pair of shoes but fell like I can get away with spending no more than $50 on a nice shirt if I catch them on a deal and look just as good as the guy wearing a $200 custom shirt with a Worn out pair of Johnston and Murphy's.

Not to mention your tailor has a lot to do with how you look. I've seen many a fat fricks who look like they shop at Walmart.

My uncle had a few of his jackets and shirts made there. Since he has a bunch, I'm guessing he'd give it a thumbs up.

I love being an engineer and I get to go to work wearing jeans and a button up shirt I got at the rack for a fraction of the cost. Hell, we even have SDE guys wear shorts, tee-shirts, and flip flops to work. I could buy suits and high end shite, but I prefer a more simple approach. No need to pretend to be someone I'm not. The beauty of working in tech.

Couple guys in my office bought from them. I've heard all good things. I met the kid too that started the company. Nice young guy. Was a premed major or something...went to Italy for a while with a girlfriend who was from Italy (I think I got that right). From there he got into the high end suit biz and brought it back here

Very pleasant folks there and great quality stuff. They made my suit and shirt for wedding and I intend to go back for some more items soon. They have a lot of options to pick from and you get to pick every detail for the construction of the suit.

They take to time to get all your measurement and you do 1-2 fittings. They had it nearly perfect on first one.

My good friend used to be the owners partner. He wore the suits constantly, and I must say they were pretty damn nice.

It's definitely good quality, and I know they have some really well known clients.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. And for the one poster who mentioned hunting and fishing I meant no map intent by my comments. Simply meant I have no issue with spending money on quality good and would like to explore the option of custom shirts. I also agree with you that it's not the shirt or suit that makes the man.. However, getting the stuff made to fit leaves no error in it fitting poorly.
