Great find. I was there, and remember Roland Barbay on crutches - ON THE FIELD TRYING TO FIGHT! Awesome experience. Looks like the Tulane cheerleaders tried to start something after the td?

I was right there in the South end zone watching it. The thing I remember was Sean Burks clobbering someone.

#90 for Tulane pulling off his own helmet. And, it is said that Tulane is only for smart people

I miss the days when Tulane had a slightly decent football team and this game mattered.

Around this time they had beaten FSU and were very competitive against good teams. It'll never be like this again Uptown.

Video doesn't do the fight justice. I was only 9 and remember it like it was yesterday. We sat on the goal line in the south end zone. Great seats.

Was there - Soph year - 6 fights that night around the student section. That game was called because of the fight.

Make no mistake - I hate Tulane above all others. Most of us from that period would agree as it is bigger than just sports. It's East Bank versus West Bank and Yats versus non- Yats, etc. ??

Coach Arnsparger and John Ferguson doing the radio play by play. It doesn't get any better than that.

The Block letters in the endzone was tight. Wish they would bring them back.

Ah the good ole days when the TV cameras showed fights, streakers, boobs, and crying Bama losers.
