Eustis is really geared for large commercial accounts. They do write personal lines policies, but it's certainly not their intent/goal. I would bet you probably don't even know your agent.

I would recommend calling a smaller agency in the town you live in. They will be able to give you the service you deserve. You would be more than fine with several different carriers.... Liberty Mutual, Safeco, Progressive/ASI just to name a few.
TBH My Chubb homeowners policy was more reasonable than the BS convoluted policy that my Allstate agent was trying to sell me, ASI or LM.

I'm paying $169/yr for $1.5M umbrella, grosses up to $2M with liability policy on home/cars/former rental property + a few creatures believed to be much more dangerous than a young female driver. You need to shop around, all the coverage is with Encompass. Credit scores and insurance history are a major factor in rates. I still recall the convo with my dad after my 3rd speeding ticket at 17, didn't go well on my end.

Just FYi, every insurance carrier goes through the same regulatory hurdles to ensure reserve adequacy

Unless they are shady, name brand doesn't mean all that much as the requirements are equal
