Well I think we can agree this is racist. The only argument is if it is a good business decision.

Glad to see we can all agree on something. Two full pages and still no downvotes.

Damn, The Slizzard King fricked it up.

I'm not a huge fan of Walk-ons food, but I think I'll stop by this evening for some chicken wings

I like the blackened gator and knock off bang bang shrimp while drinking. I've never had a full meal there.

It's not racist... If the crowd likely to be there during that festival would act and spend money like patrons of other festivals, there would be no problems, regardless of what color they were.

I'm still not the biggest fan, but the food has gotten better over the past year or so.

Also, they better be including ESPN3 access since the number one sports bar in America apparently can't stream a baseball game. Bunch of dumbasses. Still mad about it.

It's everywhere. That demographic is typically unpleasant to serve.

Most would tell you Bayou Classic is far worse.

As a former service professional in the Birmingham area, I can tell you that the Magic City Classic weekend was always the worst possible weekend to work anywhere in the entire area.

And from not discounting or completely eating the cost of meals that are 75% eaten yet they didn't like so they refuse to pay for it.
That's why the waiter needs to come to the table after the first couple bites and ask if everything is cooked correctly. Total nightmare but necessary.

I worked in a restaurant in Ruston during college. We had a 30 top coming in after Grambling's graduation. Well, they showed up 30 mins late and brought 10 extra people. The extra folks were accommodated and we got their food out in record time. Well, of course, one person didn't like something despite eating half of it so the manager offered a discount. Well, low and behold, everyone else started magically finding something wrong with their food and demanded discounts. There was probably a total of $10 in tips left for a 40 top.
