Treated boards are a goner
Gonna go with composite
Any good composites out there ?
Trex , Azek ,moistureshield ?
Reviews are mixed
Dont want no fading and will use groved boards, hidden fasteners

Have you looked at ipe? I have a dock that has rotted treated wood. I am going to have to do something before long. I think I am going to replace the stringers with treated pine designed for saltwater intrusion and top it with ipe wood. It greys like cypress without a finish and really shines with a finish. It is considered a lifetime wood.
