I hate how we couldn't have a clean draft board by swapping Brees and Anderson on there

If I get some injuries to go my way, i.e. Chandarick West, Buck Allen, deangelo, I win it all.

Let me add. The rbs ahead of them have a history of injuries.

From a quick glance Id say...

Dro, Port, and LC came away with the best WR corps. A few others have question marks there but nice potential

I like what myself, MWG, Tots and Dro came away with at RB. Again, just at this point. There are some teams with a lot of potential there.

Combining QB and TE, I like what G$, MWG, and CE came away with. Drizz got Gronk but dont like his QB play w2w

I'll write up some blurbs on the teams but I wont rank em

after last year's draft I could point to a few teams as the favorites.....having trouble this year, looks pretty even as of right now. The only one I'm not a fan of is MWG's.....sorry bud, only because I don't think you have a WR2 on your roster currently but moves can be made

I really like my first 3 picks. Sure I took aj green a little early, but i do think he was a safer pick than a lot of my other options (ap, lamar miller, zeke, david johnson)

Jamaal charles could turn out to be a 1st round caliber RB. He was on pace for it pre injury last year. Mccoy is a little risky, but i dont mind taking the risk given where i got him.

My second WR slot is TBD. But I think between Baldwin, Crabtree, Marvin jones, one of them will get the job done.

Some risk on my team with JC, Mccoy, and Dion Lewis. We will see.

Here are a few to digest

G$

Favorite Pick - Fleener in the 6th. Going to be a good weapon for Brees. Love Barnidge and his value, too.

Least Favorite Pick - Rawls in the 4th. GREAT pick if healthy, but as your bell cow RB1 with the ankle, just too risky for my blood.

Verdict - AB84 puts you in it every week, as will Cam. Nice base right there. Here is where the rub is, for me: Rawls (ankle), Langford (lot of people think he sucks), DT88 (QB?, more focus on ground game). Im not buying the fluff about the backup RBs, bc those guys arent even the guaranteed backups

Dro

Favorite Pick - Decker in the 5th. Everyone sleeps on Decker. Solid steady production as Dro WR3

Least Favorite Pick - Brady in the 7th. Strong draft from the onset, you still get Palmer... this spot couldve been used more efficiently

Verdict - Great balance on this squad. Look at the chart and there are different colors for every position. Like the starting lineup a lot. Really can't say a bad thing about it.

TOTS

Favorite Pick - CJA in the 4th. Big on Anderson this year. Think that's potential RB1 return from a 4th rd slot. Some would say Moncrief, and I could side with that too

Least Favorite Pick - Lacy was risky, but I think Kelce may have been a reach. He's just so limited in that offense. I wouldnt be shocked to see Ebron outperform him.

Verdict - Solid at the skill positions. Im a little iffy at the QB, since I think Cousins regresses and Stafford is shaky, even though he's been good with JBC. Again, this is another solid squad without any glaring holes, to me.

Big J!

Favorite Pick - Cooper in the 3rd. Will outscore the rest of the WRs on this team IMHO as he takes the next step.

Least Favorite Pick - Nelson in the 2nd. At this point in the year, that injury is worrying me. Should be fine but I think I like Evans, Cooks and Cooper more, all who went after. Just rather he be someone elses worry at that spot

Verdict - After he swaps a WR for a RB2 and decides on QB, we will have to reevaluate. Romo and Rivers should be solid but I would like a little more upside there with the lack at RB. Think Melvin Gordon could be that RB2, though. Not gonna knock Fitz this year but I wonder... Maclin in that pass game.. call me a forever skeptic ;-)

None

Fav Pick - Marvin Jones. Like him in that offense, actually think he can possibly outpace Baldwin and Crabs.

Least Fav - Baldwin. Not sure the volume is there, and I don't thin he can duplicate that TD output again. Couldve done better there

Verdict - I like that RB trio at full health. They will be studs. But all have injury questions. Throw Eifert in there, too. Even so, top to bottom, skill positions should be fine. Carr could take that step to elite QB. Tyrod too inconsistent for me. Which Green will we get?

PCT

Fav Pick - I like that John Brown pick. Could be his breakout year if Palmer can feed all the mouths. He has special talent and could make a huge leap this season

Least Fav - Russ Wilson. Guy was almost unplayable first 10 weeks of last season. IDK, just worries me if I gotta take him in the 4th. If he plays like he did down the stretch, then great pick, obviously

Verdict - If Wilson stays hot, I like what he and Hopkins/Marshall provide. Im iffy on those RBs, but I like Hyde if he stays healthy. IDK if Murray keeps his FT job. Jennings, good, but needs extensive run. Think Graham will be better this season, too. Would like that upside guy on the bench but I dont see it in wheaton, henry, etc.

Gyno

Fav Pick - Josh Gordon in the 7th. Sure, he will miss 4 games. But I had 2 RB, 3 WR, and a QB. TE is deep enough, so why not roll the dice? Can't say Id take him over any other 7th rd pick, TBH

Least Fav - Ladrrius Green. Shouldve utilized that pick better, and in all honesty, I like Zach Miller more.

Verdict - We will ride of die with the RBs Johnson/Freeman. I have worries about both. Brees was QB2 after he came back from injury, so that's a safe floor. Hilton's #s w Luck are WR1 territory, love how Matthews finished out 2015 working in the slot, and D Parker is a legit talent. May not be shiny on the surface but I like what this squad brings to the table if you look hard enough

Gotta disagree with you on Jordy, I think I got excellent value there. A year removed from a 1,400 yd season and last season showed us he's crucial to that offense's success. The apple of an elite QB's eye? I'll take that late 2nd

QB I feel between romo and rivers I can alternate QB1 production

My biggest fear with this team is the potential for low floor weeks.

CE

Fav Pick - love love love that Keenan allen pick. could lead the nfl in receptions

Least Fav - Forte, just because you didnt know what team he was on smdh

Verdict - outside of having no WR2, I think your team checks every box. Im sure you can come across a good WR, so I think you did alright.

MWG

Fav Pick - love that lamar miller pick. he will be in discussion for the best RB this season. Took some gall to take him there, but I like like like. Like DJjr, too. Almost took him myself

Least Fav - Jordan Reed. Injuries worry me, and I think it coudlve been better spent on a WR2. Essentially you threw 8 darts at the board at WR to find a 2, though, so maybe one will hit the target

Verdict - when youre showing the class what can happen if you take QB and TE early, you can show them this draft. That said, it turned out ok for the most part. If luck is good and reed is healthy, it'll pay off. I could see this team being the best in the L, or middling due to other circumstances. Took a lot of guys i like, though

Drizz

Fav Pick - Landry in the 4th. He's not sexy, and I expect some regression, but still like him to catch damn near 100 balls. Think he ends up as your WR2, which leads me too

Least Fav - Cobb in the 3rd, for a guy who was so meh last year, idk, high risk high reward. You're almost hinging his success to Nelson. If they get back to jiving, he will be fine you will have a nice trio

Verdict - I recognized the strategy off the bat. Personally I wouldve executed differently. Watkins or Edel instead of Cobb, Hill instead of Murray, anyone instead of Sims or White. I do appreciate the Coleman, Washington, Booker grabs late. Don't like the QBs. Like the Dez/Gronk/Landry floor though, just need 1 or 2 other guys to hit

LC

Fav Pick - Watkins in the 3rd. Guy is going to be a stud and that is great value. I worry about Tyrod getting the ball somewhat, but I think he will be fine

Least Fav Pick - Dont really dig that trio of backs after Big Ben - Gio, Stewart, ivory. Guess 1 can hit though (i like that spiller steal late, tho)

Verdict - I think you pulled the "zero RB" gameplan off better than Big J or Drizz. ARob, Watkins, Tate should all eat as their teams WR1. Also like that Coates and Ellington pickups, you've been doing your homework, i see. we will see what happens with those RBs, but nice team

bulldog

Fav Pick - I like that Hill pick in the 5th. I think he bounces back enough to return solid value. I just cant get out of my head that he wont be a stud

Least Fav - Doug Martin. I would've went a few different directions there.

Verdict - You got a lot of "pretty good" positions players. Do we have 4 weeks to wait for Bell here? jameis late is interesting. can he turn it on and become a stud to keep you in it?? only time will tell.

That's a wrap. Please don't patronize me with the "nice rankings, guy" BS. Let's hear some real opinions
