Outside of the elite SFs (Lebron & KD), this small forward free agent class is weak. There are very average SFs available, and they all will command crazy money. I wish we will hold out on overpaying for average SFs this year and wait until next year.

Want to explain what a deep SF class would look like? I personally think there is a good amount of talent for the Pels to pick up and make some improvements. At least more so than some ridiculous stop gaps in previous seasons.

Rather start John Salmons or potentially Parsons, Batum, Barnes, Dudley, Bazemore, Crabbe?

Who is "we"? Most NBA teams will do just that. I'm just confused as to what team you work for.

Man look around the NBA there isn't a lot of quality sf in the league we have to overpay anyone at this point because it's such a glaring hole for us for so long

Marvin Williams or Chase Budinger.

Personally I'd go Budinger bc you could probably save some money on him. However, Williams is bigger..just depends on the money I guess but I'd get one of them.

yeah, outside of the 2 best in the league...

I don't think this is a coincidence

Besides, this gets talked about every year. There just aren't that many quality SF's in the league, when comparing to the top 2-3.

The two best SF free agents next year are Otto Porter and PJ Tucker. If you think this class is weak you are in for a big dissapointnent next year.

Outside of the players that make it a great free agent class it's not a great free agent class.

But next year, when you include the players that make it a not weak free agent class, it's not a weak free agent class.

Logic is sound.

Yet ANY signing will be an upgrade. I'd take Bazemore in a heartbeat. But Barnes Batum And Parsons are solid options. I don't think it's that bad.
