I am really surprised this got all no's.
Medical problems + this medical staff = no for many posters here.
Also, the fact that free spending Mark Cuban doesn't want to max him out says something. I'm not sure what it says, it might just be that he sees the writing on the wall and is finally ready to tank. But it does cast some doubt on Chandler's worth.

Very fair points regarding Cuban. Chandler was his boy and he's just willing to let him go?
If he came in below the max, let's say 18 per, and in independent top-notch sports medicine team gave the thumbs up, and we changed our own medical and training staff... Then we are talking bidness. Personally I like him as a player.
The medicals coupled with the contract is too scary.

Cuban gave Wesley Matthews big money last year coming off a torn achilles. Who was nearing 30. Matthews was clearly a different player last year, so he may have some trepidation signing a guy like Parsons and having 2 of those timebombs on the same team taking up a ton of money

well to be fair, i don't think he ever really wanted to max him out in the first place
he gave that huge offer to frick over Houston and Houston didn't blink

Business is business. surely Cuban would rather land whiteside and/or Conley.
