Yeah, I guess it could be argued that humans and some other species came from another planet.

I find it strange that he didn't mention music at all. I've always wondered why humans enjoy music when it seems to serve no purpose at all in an evolutionary sense.

I'm no anthropologist, but I'm sure music developed out of group storytelling and whatnot. And as it developed music definitely became a way for dudes to get laid.

But you're right, a mechanism that promoted group cohesion and led to seduction has no evolutionary value...
