Couple of my favorites are who pooped the bed and the gang dances their asses off!

My favorite behind the scenes moment is the episode where Macbangs Dennis's mom. Frank is in the club with Mac and there is music playing and it's song that just repeats "go, go for it, go for it." in the episode, Frank sings the song. But in real life the scene was filmed without music playing and Dany Devito just adlibbed that line as he crossed the dance floor.
Rob McElleny and Glenn Howerston recorded themselves singing the line over house music and added it in after.
Charlie's Suprise song at the end of the musical always gets me.
It's hard to pick a favorite moment. Hell it's hard for me to pick a favorite season much less episode or moment.
Some of my favorites:
When Dennis and Mac get robbed after the million dollar baby fight and Dennis has a pocket full of cash on him.
Charlie sees the decorated suit of a military officer and the next scene he's dressed and acting like a PTSD Vietnam vet in the strip club.
When the lady is trying to tell Charlie and Mac that prisoners were released from prison and they don't care.
Charlie has cancer but Dennis just wants to get the basketball.
Charlie destroying all the black students at dominos
Martina Martinez youz are white Boyz right?
The reveal that Dee is just the whore who bangs everybody in the dating episode.
The entire episode trying to find Charlie a date in the internet.
Bruce Mathis realizes how horrible Frank's kids are and takes the red noses back.
Yeah I can't pick one. It's my all time favorite sitcom. They had a slight slump, but the last 2 seasons are back to being hilarious.

I used to watch this show religiously, even the first season, tried watching some episodes recently and the show had kind of lost its magic.
But the first 4 yrs of so Always Sunny was kind of an underground sensation and easily one of the top shows on TV.
Some of the shows I that stick out are:
Dee Gets on Steroids/Charlie Underground Fighting
The Mental institution episode with Sinbad and Rob Thomas.
Obviously the Gas Crisis, probably the overall best episode.
The DENNIS System
Charlie Mailroom Episode

The best line of that episode slips in at the very end when they say "I can't believe their last name wasn't Juarez".
But my favorite scene is when Charlie runs up to Mac in the store and says" what does a little Mexican girl like more than anything in the world" and Mac immediate responds "Tacos". The woman in line behind them is hilarious.

Still the funniest moment was when they first enter the house. That was mad funny

"The good old fashioned American debt" scene as part of their cultural assimilation always gave me a nice chuckle as well.
