I think ESPN is starting to realize their ratings are not effected one bit by the personalities on air. Why pay big salaries?

it was only a matter of time, they are going to cut out all of the older, fat, bloated contracts

And they have a pipeline of people coming from various other networks.

When will Disney and the other movie studios realize it's the franchises that are the stars, and stop paying huge salaries to people who don't draw customers?
