As for the bickering part/ those guys are human beings. They get attacked, regardless of the medium and their instinct is to strike back. Just like you guys do in literally every single thread on here
Why should they be held to a higher standard? Especially Mason. This isn't his job. I never understood why some of you guys hold them to a higher standard. Heck, our Republican nominee does worse. Cuban did worse last night. But Mason freaking Ginsberg is supposed to bite his tongue because you guys find it unprofessional, when it isn't even his profession??

I don't have a problem with Mason. He is the least petty and most open minded of that bunch. He only really seems to get into silly arguments with Fletch who baits him pretty hard. Madison and others are much worse.

It's just sort of silly to be so defensive about this stuff. It's the internet- unfortunately, there will always be assholes ready to dump on you for anything you say or do. I can't begin to imagine the nonsense y'all see. Same time, you either learn to ignore most of it or you need to stop putting yourself out there.
For me, the real problems come in when there is a siege mentality- "'I'm right. Anyone who disagrees is a troll." That has happened before and it's just a waste of time. A sense of humor and perspective go a long way.
This is the NBA; the most fun and bizarre pro league. We can take it seriously and care, but we're still also talking about freaks of nature putting a ball into an arbitrarily placed hoop for insane amounts of money on a team called the Pelicans owned by a octogenarian billionaire in the middle of a nasty inheritance fight.
