I'm all for these thieving bastards meeting an untimely demise, however, many posters do not seem to understand either criminal or civil law. As much as you'd like to, and as much as they may deserve it, you may face serious legal repercussions (in LA) if you shoot some a-hole outside of your home in defense of property.

The responding officer told the OP that if he would have went out and started firing, he would be in some shite.
Being this is my Brother... I am a little glad he slept through it.
