The whole story is we have been divorced for 12 years. My son was 3 and daughter 7 when we divirced. I live close to my parents. When it was time for me to go back to work i could never find her, she would not answer phone. Too busy with dating etc. I did not want to rock the boat because my son never wanted to stay with her anyway. When daughter turned 18 she went to DA office and lied and said i was late on a payment. She paid 15 dollars and judge signed off and state got involved. But she got caught lying because she cashed check and state had to pay me back. Long story short i hire lawyer and we go to court and she has to admit she has not seen son except at ball games for clise to a yr. And still no ruling

Sounds like you shouldn't have had kids with someone you ended up divorcing.

Your ex is doing the butt-crack shuffle on the judge's lap extension. She has learned a lot of tricks since y'all split up and is using them to keep this judge from ruling.

You may want to get back with her to experience her new repertoire. It may change your life. You won't mind her lazy eye and limp anymore.

Good luck
