The guy legitimately doesn't understand why we don't have a .30-505 on the market yet.
You can buy a bolt action 20mm for about $20,000. Sounds perfect for OP. Capable of killing antelope and communist light troop transports out to 1500m and will have a barrel life longer than 4 shots.
