The Power of the Others - Henry Cloud
I heard him speak at the leadercast conference recently, and he was very good, so I picked up his book.

Currently having to force myself through kafka's The Trial.
I wanted to read some kafka just because of his reputation, and the metamorphosis was pretty enjoyable. So I picked up the trial, and even though it's very short (about 220 pages) it's a chore getting through it.

I saw "me before you" at books a million last week and decided to get it. I finished it in 3 nights. This sounds gay but that book got to me emotionally more than any book that I've ever read.

If you liked World without End
Try Fall of Giants another Ken Follet Historical Fiction.
Then The sequel Winter of the World then the edge of Eternity.

Dead Wake. Erik Larson. Good, but Devil in the White City was better I think
