This is a strange position to be butt-hurt about. Did your baw down the bayou hit a big case when you know he was faking or something? You don't seem like you are some run down adjuster who is simply tired of it all.

Are you part of the defense bar or something? Insurance adjusters are below used car salesman for me. I'm sure there is some bias. But I've had adjusters who are terrible people or who are truly disconnected from reality. I've also had the opposite. And I'm not arguing that plaintiff's lawyers don't add to the issue of torts/insurance premiums but to say its all the plaintiff's bar doing this is ignorant or disingenuous.
