I think people are upset that there seems to be official "protection" for those that want to do this now. Even if it isn't accepted in the mainstream, it is hard to stop someone now with the government's position on the matter. Even if that someone has horrible intentions.

I don't think there will be a wave of sexual assault cases all of a sudden, but I'm not sure how you can even question someone's intentions under something like the school mandate.
