I have been hunting deer for over 20 years. I have seen just about everything, other then a black bear while in a tree. I have never seen a fox. I have seen them at night, in the area, while driving on Highway. Are they that slick?

I've only been deer hunting a handful of times, and have seen a red fox. That hunt was near Nederland,TX.

My uncle is in a hunting club near Lake Ophelia. Said it looked like ground zero near one of the stands. Bear tore everything up on a 20yd radius, even took a dump on top of a 55 gallon drum feeder!

I saw one frequently during bow season right at daylight. Heard a really weird noise one morning before daylight like nothing I've ever heard. Googled a fox bark and tags what I think it was. Really strange sound

I have heard some strange sounds before, and still don't know what they were. Probably bobcats

I've seen silver/gray foxes while hunting. The only red fox I've seen came about a month ago on the golf course in suburban Bham

Seen gray fox while deer hunting. One time a gray fox walked in while I was up 20 ft in a climber all camo'd up. He spotted me somehow at 10 yards and checked me out for 5-10 secs then slipped off with the quickness. I see why they get the name "sly". Red fox ive only seen while driving at night.

I see several foxes in my backyard on my deer cam all the time. I have a family of foxes living behind my house.

I have only seen one red fox in 10 years of hunting. I had just lowered my gun from the stand and was about to climb down when I looked over and saw him staring at me. I never heard him once, even with the ground covered in leaves. Got a couple on trail cams over the years though.

I see 1-2 a year in franklinton and some on game camera pictures. Usually right at dark they pop out the woods and into the hay field. If you aren't looking in its direction you will never see him. I have never seen one hang around. They are always moving

I have seen a fox eat corn with a deer. I have had a fox walk to within 5ft of me while squirrel hunting. Those sly foxes.

there's a mama grey fox that lives in an old culvert next to my house, obviously there's a male around also because she has pups every year

we leave her alone but she she did kill my chickens a few years ago. Had I gotten a bead on her then she'd have been ended, but I've forgiven her since

I seldom see foxes anymore...coyotes have pretty much run them out of my area.

I thought this thread would be about these kind of foxes.

I see a lot of them. Had one using my rice bran pile as a litter box a few years ago during almost every evening hunt

Saw a gray fox while hunting a couple years ago. Only red fox I have seen was the one that hung around Briarwood Golf Course in BR back in the day. Saw it twice.
