Smoking is nasty - the smell gets all in their clothes, hair, pores, inside their vehicle and home and yellows their teeth.
The ones that get me are the men and women that hold their cigarette out of their vehicle while driving. Idiots. If you don't like the smell, don't smoke.

All of this. It pisses me off when I'm sitting at a red light and trashy mctrasherson in front of me is holding their cancer stick outside of their car so the smell can get sucked into my truck.
