Just looking for costs for those who hired someone as well as the DIY costs. Before and after pictures are welcomed as well. I just bought a home and it's one of the things I'm looking to change in it. Current kitchen and dining area floor is ceramic. My home is in the Dutchtown area FYI.

I accidentily hit the soccer board the other night on my phone. I quickly got back on track and got out of bed to brush my teeth, as I could taste someone's dick on my breath.

I woulda thunk that if I knew about somebody puttin' that picture on my thing, I would have whipped his arse and changed it immediately, not necessarily in that order.
Anyway, it's probly gonna be hard for most of us to "stay on task", if we have to see 2 bois swappin' spit, jmo.

I did it in the kitchen of my last house. It was a long process. I put it down like regular tile. Waited a week and sealed it. The grout lines are much larger which was a little bit of a pain. Waited another week then sealed it again. You need to wait to ensure all of the moisture is out. It was a pain to clean because of the ireularity, but it looked great.

Do it yourself. It's easy.
Spread sand with straight edge. Lock in border with Metal garden edging from HD. Sweep sand in joints after completion. Hose sand down in joints. Repeat sand process one week later if necessary.
Order a couple yards of the "Fine" masons sand from a building products place. The one without the pebbles.

I have them in the form of a three car wide driveway. They look good but, there is maintence involved. Constant weeds and you need to put sealant on them every few years. They also settle over time and you get low spots.
I did not install them.

Had them on my last house. Would not have them again. It was a pain in the arse with the weeds growing in the cracks. I did have a lot of pavers though, double driveway that would fit 6 cars, around pool, side patio, front patio.
