I recognize that recipe.

up the hops on it later in the boil.

We have always frozen whole pineapples and mangos and thrown them in a sink full of star san solution day of dry hopping and cubed them up and put in a paint strainer bag with the hops to be able to rack after everything is done.

Summer of Saison here at Bottomland brewery is in full swing. Second one of the season is in the books.

8 lbs Pils
1/4 lb Acidulated
1/4 lb Melanoidin
2 oz Nelson Sauvin at Whirlpool
1 oz Hallertau Blanc at Whirlpool
1 oz Hallertau Blanc at Biotrans dry hop
1 oz Nelson Sauvin at Biotrans dry hop
3724/3711 combo. Fermenting in the garage at ambient. 70-85.

Thanks. You mean just add additional hops to the recipe?

Okay. How strong of a mango/pineapple flavor does that give you? I want it to be pretty noticeable, but i also don't want it to be over the top.
