I have the 7g conical with temp controller and I love it. I added casters to it via threaded leg inserts, and I have the pressure relief valve/co2 lid adapter to do pressure transfers. I've kept it active almost continuously since I got it a year ago and it's phenomenal.

I have had a ssbrewtech 10g kettle for about 9 months as well and it's super high quality (and induction ready).

The 10g mash tun I just bought (it was a flash sale at an online store) and I'm not sure about it yet. I've brewed one batch. I got it mostly to be able to do kettle sours more efficiently. It's really heavy but has rubber feet that can come off, which seems at first glance to be a problem

Does this lid work well?

I've been doing pressure transfers with the standard lid since I got it last year and the only issue I've had is that it doesn't hold pressure even at 2psi I can hear Co2 escaping the lid seal.

The transfers work great, but it still bugs the crap out of me.
